2025 UGMS Softball Team
Any 7th or 8th grade girl interested in trying out for the 2025 UGMS Softball team, please sign up using the tryout link below.
Click the link below to access the 2025 UGMS Softball Tryout Sign-up form.
Practice Wednesday and Thursday until 5:45pm. Players need to be picked up no later than 6pm.
Mandatory Parent meeting on Monday, August 12th after practice.
Required Paperwork Necessary to Tryout
All girls trying out need to ensure they have a current physical and medical clearance form as uploaded to Aktivate. All other necessary paperwork can be filled out directly on Aktivate.
-PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A CURRENT PHYSICAL AND ALL THE OTHER NECESSARY PAPERWORK (IN THE LINK BELOW) UPLOADED TO Aktivate. Click here to go to the Aktivate website.
-Aktivate link above shows you how to set up an account, upload your physical (put the completed Physical Examination Form and Medical Eligibility Form aka Clearance Form side by side, take a picture, and upload it - it only allows one picture and this is a way around that to get both forms uploaded.)
-All other necessary forms to tryout can be filled out directly on your Aktivate account.
