2026 UGMS Softball Tryout Information

•  ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK SHOULD BE COMPLETED AND UPLOADED TO AKTIVATE.COM OR YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO STEP ON THE FIELD TO TRYOUT!!!

• All girls trying out need to ensure they have uploaded a current, completed physical and medical clearance form uploaded to Aktivate.com - all other necessary paperwork needs to be completed directly on Aktivate.com.

•  All girls trying out must have passed 5 out of 6 classes (Spring Semester 2026)

  2026 Important Tryout Day Information

1.        Bring any softball equipment, change of clothes, WATER bottle, etc., anything you need for tryouts to the gym when you arrive at school on Wednesday, August 5th. I will be in the gym directing the girls as to where they will store their stuff during the day. The room will be locked up securing their items during the school day.

2.        Girls who are trying out will be released over the intercom at the end of the day, report to the gym to get dressed and prepared for tryouts and meet outside on the middle softball field (behind the gym to the left).

3.         All girls should be picked up behind the gym no later than 6:15pm. Parents, please remain in/near your car when picking up your child after tryouts.

4.        No parents or spectators should be near the softball field during tryouts. Please DO NOT park next to the softball.
